Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. All shipping costs are determined by weight and shipping location.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days if not part of a "preorder"

To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is between 3-8 business days.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. You must make sure your shipping address is 100% correct. We will not accept responsibility for wrong addresses given by our customers.

EU SHIPPING

If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns

All items are made to order and sent with love and care, so returns are not accepted.

unless a legitimate reason is provided with images or Video Unboxing evidence. Please note, to return an item you need to get in touch with your reason. Should the return be accepted I will provide the return address. Return costs need to be covered by you.

Please get in touch if your order is damaged, incorrect, delayed or lost and we can come to a solution! Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. I am but a small independent doing all this myself ☺️
